A.DDW 2025 registration will open Jan. 15, 2025, for AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT members. Non-member registration will open Jan. 22, 2025.

Q.What is the abstract submission deadline?
A.Abstract submissions will be accepted from Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024 at 09:00 Eastern time (UTC-4) through Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024, at 21:00 Eastern time (UTC-5).
Late-Breaking Abstract submissions will be accepted from Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 09:00 Eastern time (UTC-4) through Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 17:00 Eastern time (UTC-4).
Q.What are the show dates, hours, and location?
A.DDW 2025 will be held in San Diego, CA, USA at the San Diego Convention Center.
- Official show dates are Saturday, May 3–Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
- Exhibit dates are Sunday, May 4–Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
Published show hours for attendees: Sunday, May 4-Tuesday, May 6 from 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. PT. Booth staff will be able to gain access on show days at 7 a.m. and allowed to stay in the hall until 6 p.m. PT. Booth staff must be registered and have a badge in hand to gain access to the show floor.

Five-star hotels are considered as having the highest standard rating. These hotels offer multiple room options with luxurious and tasteful decorations and maximum comfort. Rooms in five-star hotels are considerably bigger than those in lower ranked hotels. Even the most basic rooms in a five-star hotel are spacious and allow guests to experience luxury.
4 STAR HOTEL

A hotels with four-star rating shares similar amenities as a three-star hotel, but it includes an additional restaurant and bar option, concierge, and a swimming pool, among others.
